An outdoor scene

This is my design card for the Glory of Christmas challenge 73: an outdoor scene. Please click on the link to see the lovely designs of the rest of the team and join in our challenge.

I used a glittered outdoor scene that was rescued from a card received last year or before, matting it on to a foiled background on to which was stuck an offcut strip of striped card on to which I added a couple of almost-rejected pieces of ribbon (two separate pieces because there wasn't a long enough piece for the whole length).

This is also for:

  1. Gorgeous image Hazel... good save on the card topper! I love the old red mailbox and the lovely row of house in the background. I also like the twinkle of glitter here and there. The ribbon you added is very pretty and it was great that you managed to salvage the two small pieces for you project. Lovely!
    Cheers,
    Beccy
